One brave thing a day, starting Monday, August 10th.

You already know what your thing is.
The email you haven't sent. The boundary you haven't set. The dream you keep filing under "when things calm down."
<aside> 💛
Maybe you’re the mom, the friend, the partner, the daughter, the one everyone can count on.
Maybe you’ve gotten really good at saying yes to all the things, keeping the peace, and making sure everyone else is okay.
But somewhere along the way, you started needing permission to say yes to yourself.

Here's the truth nobody tells you: things don't calm down. You calm down, and then you move anyway. That's the whole secret, and for five days we're going to practice it together.

Ready is not a feeling. Ready is a decision.

The Sunshine Start is a simple, brave, five-day reset for the woman who knows she is ready for something different but keeps waiting to feel more confident first.
This isn't a course. There are no modules, no lectures, and no getting behind.
Just one small brave action a day, a short video from me, a journal prompt if you want to go deeper, and a private WhatsApp group of women deciding to move before they feel ready.
Each day gives you a simple place to start: naming the thing, shrinking it down, making space, taking the real step, and collecting proof that you can trust yourself.

Monday: We kick off live on Zoom
We start together, set the tone for the week, and name the thing you are finally ready to move on. No overthinking, no perfect wording, just honesty.

Tuesday through Thursday: One brave thing a day
Each morning, a short video from me lands in the WhatsApp group with that day's brave action. Some days will feel tiny. Some days will ask you to say no, make room, send the message, book the thing, or finally take the first visible step.

Friday: The Proof Party
We close it out live by looking at what actually happened, what you were afraid would happen, what happened instead, and what you now know about yourself.
